Anxiety and Stress Therapy

For adults who are ready to go from a place of fear & restlessness to a place of peace & calm.

Feeling overwhelmed is your new normal. Everything moves at such a fast pace. You feel constantly behind and bogged down.

You feel yourself freaking out on the inside while appearing “normal” on the outside. There may not be an apparent trigger to your anxiety or panic. It just hits you like a ton of bricks as your body and mind go into fight, flight and freeze.

Then there is the voice in your head — full of doubt and worry. And the negative self-talk that never stops berating you. Relief often only comes when–and if– you finally sleep.

You may have bounced between medications and doctors, trying to hide the increasing bitterness inside of you. Perhaps exercise helps, but once you stop the anxiety starts again. Or perhaps your anxiety keeps you frozen, making exercise feel too difficult.

Getting help can be as hard as living with your anxiety. You keep second-guessing yourself — will it really make a difference? Am I actually “bad” enough to warrant help? Am I overreacting? You pick up the phone, dial the number and find yourself too anxious to leave a message.

You are ready for the fog to lift. You dream of a sense of peace in your life. Be patient with yourself — there is hope and joy at the end of your journey. You will believe in yourself and find confidence. You will learn to let go of fear and worry to live your best life.

We invite you to come as you are — anxiety included. We will help you find your way through your anxiety and the fear that comes with it. You will learn how to take charge of your life, instead of letting anxiety rob you of precious time.

Your anxiety is lying to you–your emotions are valid, you are worth relief and help, and you are not broken or “too much”. This may take practice to believe, and it will be hard work, but we will be here to gently guide you and show you what life can be like with relief from your fears and anxieties.

Your anxiety may also look like:

  • Agitation and irritability

  • Inability to relax; hypervigilance

  • Difficulty sleeping

  • Uncontrollable worry

  • Panic attacks

  • Irrational fears

  • Tense muscles

One call can put you on the path to feeling like you again.
